Who is Alex?

Alex is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Holistic Healing Advisor, Personal Recovery Mentor, and Mother to an absolutely amazing daughter.

After struggling for many years with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and working with numerous Doctors, Pain Psychologists, Neurofeedback Therapists, while also gaining over 50 pounds, she realized -- there is a balance between doing exactly what modern medicine suggests and what’s specifically right for you.

Alex decided to explore alternative avenues of healing on her own and powerfully transformed her life, which inspired her to help others do the same.
